Two bastard brothers, born in the same village, shared a history in crime - until they go for the job of a lifetime. And after that day everything would be different, at least for one of them… well, that’s not telling much apart from what you read in the page, isn’t it? that’s because keeping some stuff beneath the veil is part of he fun. everything will be unfolded when the time is right.
the writer-artist is Marcelo Braga, or El Bragon, an Industrial Design graduate that worked in advertising agency DPZ before opening his own Macacolândia studios. i never get tired of going through his Diburros blog where he posts amazing scans of art done in sketchbooks, some of wildest ones reminding me of the great brit designer Brendan McCarthy.
this marks Braga’s second comics incursion, the first being another story with his beloved baboon. a pin-up of whom can be seen here:
thank god he finished the comic before he became a fulltime actor and we lost him forever…
